Hello Detroiters,
It is incredible we will have for a third consecutive year the “Annual UTEP PICK-NIC” here in Michigan! For those who have accompanied us in previous years, we used to make it in a public venue (bar). This year we will do a more family oriented event and will host that a house. UTEP Alumni is helping us with the main dish cost, so we will need to pitch in for the side dishes. Most likely it would be $10 per alum. If you are bringing your significant other, it would be $15. For those who would are planning to also bring their kids it would be $5 each.

Please make sure you either register at the Facebook event or you send me an email to confirm your assistance. If you register through the Facebook event please comment if you will bring additional people. I’ll need to know this in advance to make proper grocery shopping beforehand. You can still show up, but food might be limited. You can either: 1) Bring cash the day of the event; 2) Zelle me using my email juan.c.munoz@gm.com; or 3) Venmo me at @JuanCarlos-Munoz.
