What is Grad Fair?
Grad Fair is a one-stop-shop for all of your graduation needs! On this site: alumni.utep.edu/gradfair you will find detailed information about commencement, regalia purchasing, ordering your class ring, invitations, how to check on your graduation status, and much more.
For how long will this graduation information site be available online?
This graduation information site will be available online through the end of the semester. We will provide updates as they become available, so please make sure to visit alumni.utep.edu/gradfair periodically.
Can I still purchase my regalia after Grad Fair?
Yes, regalia may be purchased at the UTEP Bookstore whether in person or online starting on Friday, March 8, 2024. You can purchase your regalia online until Wednesday, May 1, 2024, and in person until Friday, May 10, 2024. In addition, regalia will be available at Memorial Gym on Commencement Day for any last-minute needs.
You can pick up your order in person at the UTEP Bookstore or have your order shipped directly to you. For more information, please contact the UTEP bookstore at 915-747-5594.
Can I return or exchange my Regalia that I purchased from the Bookstore?
We recommend you to hold on to your receipt of purchase and speak with a UTEP Bookstore representative directly for further information.
Should you decide to exchange any items, we encourage you to keep your Commemorative Medallion* as a keepsake. If you do so, the medallion cost will be deducted from the total amount.
What is the Commemorative Medallion*?
The commemorative medallion design is unique to your graduating class and inspired by a signature element in UTEP's Bhutanese architecture - the Mandala. Mandala is Sanskrit for "circle."
Your medallion represents your educational journey coming full circle. You will carry with you the traditions and values of UTEP, your alma mater!
Who is the licensed official vendor of regalia?
Jostens is the official vendor of UTEP regalia.
Can I order my regalia online directly from Jostens?
Yes, you can order fine-quality custom regalia from Jostens until Friday, March 8, 2024. Visit the {REGALIA PAGE} for additional information. *The medallion is NOT included.
Can I order my regalia from another vendor?
Yes, but it is NOT recommended due to the fact that the shades of black, material texture, cut, and stitching on the gown are distinctively different. Hood and Tassel colors are also noticeably different shades and material texture. These items will not be accepted by the Bookstore as returns.
