August 27 - 29, 10 am to 3 pm
September 10 - 12, 10 am to 3 pm
September 24 - 26, 10 am to 3 pm
Grad Fair Week: October 8 - 9, 2 pm to 7 pm / October 10, 9 am to 12 pm
October 29 - 31, 10 am to 3 pm
November 12 - 14, 10 am to 3 pm
November 16, 10 am to 3 pm
December 3 - 5, 10 am to 3 pm

Fall 2024 Ring Ceremony
Graduating this Fall 2024?
Graduating Students and Alumni who purchase their Official UTEP Class Ring from Jostens and have their ring paid in full by October 11, 2024 are invited to participate in the Fall 2024 Ring Ceremony. The ceremony will take place on Wednesday, December 4 on campus in the evening. Final location and at the UGLC room 106. The event RSVP deadline is Friday, November 15.
Important: Please note that if your ring balance is not fully paid by Friday, October 11, it is very possible that your ring will not arrive in time for the ring ceremony on December 4. Graduating student may still choose to participate in the ring ceremony, but they will be presented only with a ring box and have their official ring delivered at a later date following the ceremony.
Payment Plans and Discounts
Paying for a class ring can be an additional expense that may be hard to make all at once. Jostens offers payment plans which would all you to break up the total cost of your ring over time. There are both 3-month and 4-month payment plans offered by Jostens. Below is a breakdown of a payment plan schedule for those graduating in December 2024
3-month plan with the following payment schedule:
• 1st Payment/Down payment: August 2024
Make sure to enroll in the payment plan and make your first payment/deposit by the end of August
• 2nd Payment: September 2024
This payment will land on the same day of the month as 1st payment
• 3rd Payment: October 2024
This payment will land on the same day of the month as 1st payment
Note: It is important that you make your October payment on or before October 11, 2024 in order for your ring to arrive in time for the December Ring Ceremony.
