Itinerary:
7:30 a.m. - Check-in at UTEP (Leech Grove)

8 a.m. - Depart for Deming, NM. (Bus leaves promptly at 8 a.m.) 

9:30 a.m. – Meet at St. Clair Tasting Room for fruit, pastries, and mimosa

10:15 a.m. - Depart for Vineyard (40 miles west of Deming, NM, near Lordsburg, NM).

11:15 a.m. – Vineyard tour and private cellar with Hervé and Emmanuel Lescombes, Proprietors

12 p.m. - Depart for Deming, NM.
1:15 p.m. - Arrive at St. Clair Winery for Buffet Style Lunch and Wine Tasting

Menu:
• Caesar salad: chicken + croutons + parmesan
• Italian sandwich: ciabatta bun + hard salami + capocollo + provolone + hatch green chile + arcadian mix + tomato + champagne dressing + lattice chips

• Wine, soft drinks, and water

• Beer available for purchase

3:30 p.m. – Wine samples in Tasting Room + Cheese Nosh + Make Purchases (optional)
