As you prepare for graduation, we want to remind you that all regalia pricing for Grad Fair can be found on this flyer. Special bundle pricing is exclusive to Grad Fair and will only be available through October 11—don’t miss out on these limited-time deals!
If you prefer to purchase regalia items individually, all a la carte pricing will remain the same beyond the event. Make sure to stop by Grad Fair to take advantage of these offers and get everything you need for commencement!
HOW TO ORDER:
1. STANDARD REGALIA
Standard regalia (bachelor's, masters, and doctoral) can be ordered from the bookstore website starting on Saturday, October 11. The last day to purchase regalia in-store at the bookstore is Friday, December 12. In addition, regalia will be available at Memorial Gym on Commencement Day for any last-minute needs.
2. JOSTENS CUSTOM FINE QUALITY REGALIA
In order to meet the needs of graduates for this semester, the last day to order the regalia is Saturday, October 11. This will allow time for the regalia to be produced, shipped and received for Commencement.
Online/Remote Students:
We recognize that not all students are taking classes on campus and/or are located in El Paso. Not to worry! Standard regalia will be available for purchase online through the UTEP Bookstore website beginning Saturday, October 11. Please note that the special bundle pricing (includes regalia and diploma frame) will not be available online. The last day to order your standard regalia (not the Fine Quality Regalia from Jostens) from the bookstore is December 1.

Commemorative Medallion
The Commemorative Medallion is a unique keepsake specific to your graduating class that represents your educational journey and this historic moment in time that YOU were part of.
It not only represents your educational journey coming full circle, but also the resilience and adaptability you showed throughout your academic journey. With this medallion, you will carry with you the traditions and values of The University of Texas at El Paso!
Commemorative Medallion is available for purchase at the UTEP Bookstore. Every purchase supports the Medallion Endowed Scholarship Fund, which helps UTEP students in their final semester cross the finish line to graduation.
