The 2020 Commemorative Medallion is a unique keepsake that represents your

educational journey and this historic moment in time YOU were part of.

The 2020 commemorative medallion design is unique to your graduating class and inspired by a signature element in UTEP’s Bhutanese architecture – the mandala. Mandala is Sanskrit for “circle.”

This year, the medallion will not only represent your educational journey coming full circle, but also the strength and perseverance you showed during a very challenging year. Yet, here you are, finishing STRONG. With this medallion, you will carry with you the traditions and values of The University of Texas at El Paso!
