Grad Fair - The University of Texas at El Paso

What an exciting time, Miners! Soon you will be crossing the stage at commencement and officially joining our community as UTEP Alumni. To help you prepare for graduation, Grad Fair is hosted each semester where you can order your regalia, and official UTEP medallion and take graduation photos early!

Spring 2025 Schedule

Thursday, March 6: 12 p.m. - 7 p.m.
Friday, March 7: 12 p.m.- 7 p.m.
Saturday, March 8: 10 a.m. - 3 p.m.

All events are hosted at the UTEP Bookstore

Parking Information:

UTEP Faculty, Staff and Students will need to use their current parking permit and the shuttle if needed to get to the UTEP Bookstore. Cross parking in the Silver Parking Lot (SB2-4) starts at 3 pm and 4 pm in the Sun Bowl Garage with any valid parking permit. For guests and visitors with no UTEP permit, please utilize the paid visitor parking area in the Sun Bowl Garage.

The place for all your Graduation Resources

Be graduation-ready with your graduation regalia and your 2025 Commemorative Medallion, unique to your graduating class. Your medallion not only represents your educational journey coming full circle but also the traditions and values of UTEP that you will carry with you.
IMPORTANT NOTE:

There are two types of regalia available for purchase, standard regalia sold by the bookstore and custom fine regalia sold by Jostens.

1. STANDARD REGALIA

Standard regalia (bachelor's, masters, and doctoral) can be ordered from the bookstore website starting on Thursday, March 6 through Wednesday, April 30, 2025. The last day to purchase regalia in-store at the bookstore is Friday, May 9, 2025. In addition, regalia will be available at Memorial Gym on Commencement Day for any last-minute needs.

2. JOSTENS CUSTOM FINE QUALITY REGALIA

In order to meet the needs of graduates for the spring semester, the last day to order the regalia is Saturday, March 8, 2025. This will allow time for the regalia to be produced, shipped and received for Commencement.
