New for Spring 2026: Class Ring Giveaway! 

This semester, we’re giving away three official UTEP Class Rings!
  • In-Person Attendees: Two rings will be awarded to eligible graduating students who check in at Grad Fair.  
  • Online/Remote Students: One ring will be awarded exclusively to an eligible remote or fully online graduating student who submits an official contact information form here. (More details below)
  • No purchase necessary to enter.

Eligibility/Rules 
  • Must be graduating spring 2026. 
  • Must be classified as a graduating senior and eligible to participate in Grad Fair. 
  • Eligibility will be verified prior to confirmation of the winner. 
  • Limit one entry per eligible student. 
  • Students not classified as graduating seniors this semester are not eligible to enter this specific giveaway. 
How to Enter 
  • In-Person Attendees: Students who attend and complete check-in at Grad Fair will automatically receive one entry into the in-person giveaway. 
  • Remote & Fully Online Students: Eligible remote and fully online students (graduating spring 2026) may enter the giveaway by using the official contact information form to receive one entry into the remote-exclusive giveaway. 
  • Enter the giveaway by completing this online form by March 9 at 11:59 PM MST.

Special Information for Selected Winners
  • Winners will be contacted using the email address and phone number provided at check-in or through the remote entry form. Official notification will be sent from ringceremony@utep.edu by April 10th.  
  • If you purchased your ring before or during Grad Fair, a credit for the value of the free ring will be issued. The credit will either be reimbursed or applied to any remaining balance (if applicable).
