2026 Grads: Payment Plans Are Available!
Students can enroll in a 3-month or 4-month payment plan to help spread the cost of their ring over a period of time. Make sure to secure a spot in our Official Class Ring Ceremony by purchasing your ring and paying in full ahead of the payment deadline. You can purchase your ring in person at any ring ordering event at the UTEP Bookstore, online by clicking here, or by contacting our Jostens Representative, David Bradford, at David.BradfordJR@jostens.com or (505) 228-8646.
For the Spring 2026 Ring Ceremony, the deadline to enroll in a 3-month payment plan is December 12, 2025. The pay-in-full deadline for spring is February 12, 2026. Don't miss this great opportunity!

Spring 2026 Ring Ceremony
Thursday, April 9, 2026, at 7:00 p.m. MT
Graduating Students and Alumni who purchase their Official UTEP Class Ring from Jostens and have their ring paid in full by February 12, 2026 are invited to participate in the Spring 2026 Ring Ceremony happening on Thursday, April 9, 2026.
Important: Please note that if your ring balance is not fully paid by February 12, it is very possible that your ring will not arrive in time for the ring ceremony. Graduating students may still choose to participate in the ring ceremony, but they will be presented only with an empty ring box and have their official ring delivered at a later date following the ceremony.
